3W4D Day 11: Music and a goals list.

I'm trying to write out goals for the month and see if it helps me get stuff done. I don't promise it will, but it can't hurt to give it a go, right?

May Goals:

Writing:
- 20 writing days
-- 5 fanfic days
-- 15 origific days
- Submit to at least 5 venues
- Do critique group post (by the 7th)
- Write up newsletter (x2)

Other creativity
- 5 drawing days
- 3 coloring days

Media:
- 2 movies
- 15 episodes of podcasts
- Finish at least 1 book
- Finish at least 5 short stories
- 8 game days (Idle games OR actual needing-a-brain games)

Other:
- Finish up 3W4D posts
- Update DW at least 5 times
- Set up physical journal
- 15 morning/night private journal entries
- Get back into the habit of pulling tarot/oracle cards (at least 10 pulls)
- Write in witchy journal (at least 5 entries)

Definitely busy but I try and give myself more to do, rather than less, cause I'll let myself get away with the bare minimum no matter what, and if I have more things to choose from it helps.

I find the same is true for me a lot of the time - if I give myself a minimum, I hit that and struggle to do more. But hitting that minimum is still miles better than not doing anything! Having a range of things to work on is also very nice.

Belatedly, because I’m backreading my flist: good luck with all these goals! I especially like (and may borrow) the idea of designating separate fanfic vs. original fic days.
