This is such a lovely offer! Could I get a tiny ficlet about a cat lazing about in a sunny garden? Bonus if the cat is an old soul back again in cat form, but whatever you're inspired to is fine by me. :D

The creature claims a spot among the mushrooms, stretching his body so that he might enjoy the full extent of the sun.

It has been too long since he let himself do this, relax and revel in the sunlight and the peace that it brings. Traveling at night brings its benefits but there is nothing like lunging in a safe space during the day.

His eyes close as a low contented purr sounds from his chest.

Today is a good day, he decides. Today is a day for resting.
